How to Uninstall the Keyboard Layout
(Windows only)
Note: After installing an updated version of the keyboard layout, it is a good idea to uninstall older versions and remove them from the Language settings on your Windows PC. Too many input methods may sometimes mess up the Language bar.
✽ 1. Open Control Panel. You can press the Windows key and type “Control Panel”.
✽ 2. Click “Uninstall a program”. Now in the “Uninstall or change a program” window scroll down all the way to select the keyboard layout you wish to uninstall. Proceed with the uninstallation with the Administrator privilege.
✽ 3. If this window appears, it means that the input method you are trying to uninstall is currently being selected. Select another input method or add another input method. Or click “OK” and proceed with the uninstallation anyhow.
✽ 4. Make sure that at least one input method is selected in your language bar before you sign out from Windows (or restart your PC).
